6.1 Service Overview
FreediveLogs offers a self-service "Promote Your Listing" feature allowing users to select and promote their listings on the platform. This service is available for a fixed fee of USD 1 per day, with a 10% discount for bookings over 30 days.
6.2 Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe. Users must provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable fee.
6.3 Booking and Discount
Promotions are booked on available dates selected by the user. A 10% discount applies to promotions booked for more than 30 consecutive days.
6.4 Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once a promotion is booked.
6.5 Promotion Display
Promoted listings will be displayed prominently on the FreediveLogs platform as per the selected dates. FreediveLogs reserves the right to adjust display formats as necessary.
6.6 Content Restrictions
Listings must comply with FreediveLogs's terms and conditions. No spamming, profanity, or inappropriate content is allowed. FreediveLogs reserves the right to deactivate any listing that violates these terms without notice or refund.
6.7 Limitation of Liability
FreediveLogs is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the promotion service. Users agree to use the service at their own risk.
6.8 Changes to Terms
FreediveLogs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

7. Email Communications & Newsletter

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in the email or contacting us through the channels provided on our platform.
